Nature of Fraud/Scam: Sent my money for WoW account via Western Union, he picked up and never gave me account.

Timeline Description:
Ok, day one, he offers to sell me a 70 druid, me having no money on paypal, he suggests we use western union. i go looking for the store (yes im dumb thanks) but no luck, so i decide to go the next day. The rest of this issue will be in screenshots of our conversation.

and today i have a screenshot of me speaking to him on another AIM account, he blocked me on my main one.

So, in short, i sent him money, he logs off and blocks me. Also, this scammer pretends to be TWV, telling me that its "in the process" when it does not take that long. Please, i know that there isnt much chance of recovering the money i lost, i just want this guy to see that this is unacceptable.
