Scammed by billymensah25

Hello,

I got scammed yesterday by user billymensah25. His email is [email protected]. Below are pics of the transaction and all. He was selling a GTA online account for 40$ and told me to use PayPal. So I went through the agreement and used goods and services on PayPal. He then refunded me and said use "friends and family". I didn't understand why but he told me and then I agreed and sent it anyway. From then on till now I still have not heard from him or received any info.

[email protected] is the PayPal account he told me to send the money too.
