I bought a UD rogue with Thunder Fury for 2,000 euro.
He expressly assured me that the account was safe and that he would refound me if ever the account was recall.
At the time of the sale, he assured me that he had been a well-known re-seller for years and that I could trust him given his number of reviews.
The account was recall and I no longer have access to it. Betze led me to believe for weeks that he was investigating and would get back to me.
He finally realized that he had bought the account from a customer who had bought it from another HelpWow reseller, and that the account was not safe.
Betze tried to recall the account with the original owner, but it didn't work.
When Betze realized he couldn't get the account back, he blocked me on whatspapp and Epic, telling me he wouldn't refund my money.
The account was recalled and I was not reimbursed a single euro.
