Lol.. he is trying to scam me though Inspect Element trick lol. [Evidence - http://imgur.com/a/DZMpU]. He also used new skype account to act as me.

No one makes a new skype to imposter a brand new member. If you want to dispute his images as false you need to record your chat with him top to bottom and his skype profile
