Provide information about the dispute and what lead to it: I attempted to unsuccessfully send money through paypal to him multiple times and so he suggested I purchase riot card points to make the purchase, and once given the codes, he immediately blocked/unfriended me.
Other details / notes: I think it was his own paypal account blocking any transactions into his account now that I think about it.

i also got scammed by this person..but just as i was about to report i saw this post and he already been banned. I had to wait some days to get valid proof he scammer i cudnt report early. i can provide details if required. Anyway i justwanted to mention he also use another skype user Jesus Chrust , the_dark_overlord. But he can just change another skype acc..sucks.
