What is the dispute about? Bought a WoW account and he recalled it.

Approximate value of property: $550.00USD ($580.00 After I covered Fees)
Was a middleman used? No.
Provide information about the dispute and what lead to it: I bought the wow account for $550.00 USD, the day after I bought the account he messaged me saying he got his paypal account locked, Because he was NOT paypal verified and he sent the money to his friend and when he did his paypal account and his friends got locked for verification. So instead of verifying there accounts, and being happy he threatened to recall the account if I didn't buy him a VISA gift card with $10 USD on it so he could verify his Paypal because he is not in the US so I agreed to buy him one on Friday 4/8/2016, This morning I woke up to the account being logged out and the information not being correct. *I made a ticket on the BNet website and got the account permanently Closed as the GM seen the account history and said he/she could tell what was going on.* So yes the account is now gone forever as I would rather it be banned and no one have it than just me be the one losing out.
