Provide information about the dispute and what lead to it: Offered $30 for the account, added him 2 days later which he agreed to accepting $30, I sent him the money, he gave me some fake email info which can't even be used to login to a Steam account then went offline, tried to login to the email but the info was incorrect so he just sent me fake email info. I told him what I would do if he did not follow through with the deal in the thread and on Skype and he acknowledged I paid him. He did not like that PayPal took a fee and is just ignoring me now, I have seen him online since the scam but he is ignoring everything and I guess hoping it just goes away. I gave him time to refund me or give me the account and he continued to ignore me.
