What is the dispute about?
I purchased this account through trade guardian, I then played on the account the same day. The day after, (5th February 2023) I went away on a short holiday. Once I returned on the 13th February the account was very strangely suspended... After playing on it just once??? I messaged the seller on discord for help, he was very unresponsive, not at all co operative and quite frankly didn't seem like he cared at all. He kept claiming he 'forgot', great after sales care considering he has my money and I have a useless product.

Screenshot number 2 -5 (Chat Screen 1 - Chat Screen 4). Our conversation after the account was suspended and his attempt to 'help' me. Even though he kept forgetting? I'm sorry but how do you forget about something like this that many times? You've sold a product to someone, they're having issues with that product and you forget to help them multiple times? I don't think anyone like that should be allowed to sell on this website personally. I have also not heard from him since he gave me a few details about the account which is still not enough to retrieve it...

Did the seller say he's the original owner? (provide proof) No
What account information did the seller provide you at the time of sale? (ID, SQA, etc)
All details of the account were given through Trade Guardian. The email address he provided for me to attempt to recover the account is [email protected]. Which, if you enter into Gmail doesn't even exist.

How long did you have the account before it was recalled? Less than 24 hours.

he bought the account then a few weeks later said the account was locked some how so then he asked me questions about the account and seeing as i traded for this account a long time ago i couldnt find who i got it of so i had to take some time to find the answers of the questions he asked which then i sent him, he seemed to be very random with his messages to me aswell

'weeks' before, I had the account for a week and it was played on once. So I didn't own the account for weeks then randomly message you. Your last message to me was 'I'll message you if i find more', but we both know that you didn't even bother to try and find more info on the account as the person you got it from suddenly disappeared and you had no record of him????

As for you helping me, you provided me with some details about the account, not everything needed to get it back. I also told you that I can't log into it AT ALL now. The password I set once you sold it to me is no longer set to the account... so please explain that for me? I' also tried the password that was on the account before I changed it and to no surprise that also doesn't work?! I'm sorry, but something really does not add up here AT ALL

i sold you the account then a week or two later you somehow locked the account, i had that account for agessss before i sold it you and as soon as you have it it locks, then u msged me and i was busy at the time so didnt respond fast, then i was free and started msging u to help u and u were very slow at responding then u finally sent questions, i then found the answers and send them to you, and then you keep responding slow and it seems you keep randomly going on holiday all whilst you claim this account has been hacked? then ur claiming u randomly cant login and then msg a month after i answers only like 4 questions to the account unlocking when i know that usually theres about 8 questions, none of its adding up
 
Are you joking? You're accusing me of being bad at messaging, bro read the screenshots I posted... You constantly 'forgot' to help me, you'd take days to reply. Yes you the seller had the account for ages, and as soon as you sell it, it locks... that only points to one reason why my friend. Randomly going on holiday? I went on a short break ONCE, everything you're saying is going completely against what the screenshots of our convo say. 'Randomly can't log in' well it's not random is it if I can no longer log into it dummy, again pointing to someone recalling the account. So if you know that at least 8 questions needed to be answered then why only provide me with 4? Because 4 is all I asked right? Poor excuse. You know I need more answers so why not just send ALL the details you have of the account, because you know yourself it's been recalled that's why. Oh, or is it because the person you purchased it from has suddenly fell off the face of the earth and you can no longer get in touch with him anymore? Interesting. It's also interesting that you say how I never contacted you for a month. Read the last message you sent me. YOU said, 'I'll message you if I find more', I gave you a whole month to get in touch with me. You didn't even message to see if I managed to get the account back with the info you provided, because you knew I wouldn't get a RECALLED account back. I didn't randomly message you after a month bro, I gave you the benefit of doubt and hoped you would message me. I held off a month on making this post. I messaged an admin on here a month before I posted this, the first thing they told me to do was make a post here. But no, I gave you a chance. But you couldn't even message me within a whole month. Lastly, 'a week or two later' I messaged you that the account had randomly locked? READ THE SCREENSHOTS, or can you not be bothered to do that either? It was literally a week and 2 days later.

Going back to you accusing me of being poor at responding, the fact you're not giving your attention to this matter on the forum says a lot. I reply within the same day, hours at most. Why does it take you so long to add to this post? Is it not important to you? Ofc not, because you have my money so why do you care, right? And again, going back to the screenshots 'Oh sorry I forgot to message the guy', yet I'm bad at responding, you leaving me hanging for days saying you're gonna try and help knowing full well you have no intention of helping. I have been buying and selling on this website since 2015, not once have I ever had this problem from any accounts I've purchased, nor with accounts I've sold. I just want the account I paid for, that is all. Please tell me where exactly I accused the account of being hacked? Because looking at the screenshots, I don't see me doing this once. I mentioned I couldn't log in to it at all because I couldn't and STILL can't, but you never acknowledged that until now... Not suspicious at all.

The only thing not adding up is you. You have no argument to back yourself up at all. All you can do is point the blame to me and reflect everything you're doing yourself to me. 'very slow at responding', check the screenshots, I'm pretty sure you're the one slow at responding.
 
Small update:

I’ve tried resetting the password & getting a username reminder on the account through Riot’s website. I’ve not received any email from riot in 24 hours to change the password or remind me of the username. Indicating that the email has been changed.

I can give full access to the email I set to the account for anyone to try and see for themselves. Can give evidence that the email stated is also the one set to the account upon purchasing it

No I bought it if someone of discord a long time ago
 
Surely if you bought it from someone you would have all details... Or at least have his contact.

I didn't cover the last email in 2nd screenshot as it relates to this issue, the closing of the ticket I submitted to retrieve the account but failed. This is an alt email used for games only so it never receives any junk, but as you can see my junk folder is empty too. If an Admin of the site wants to check this email inbox themselves then I'm completely fine with that.

The emails are in a very weird order, it looks as though they repeat themselves. But as you can see on the scroll bar in the emails, this is the complete conversation with Riot about the account recovery ticket.

Accused? I’ve done nothing I sold you a account I had for ages no issues and as soon as you have it for a week it gets locked for suspicous activity as says in that email, you then asked for help and I don’t have contact with og owner as cannot find his discord and I gave the only info on the account I had, in the post I never put I had ogi or oge so if an account was to lock because of suspicous activity and I’m not og owner idk what to do I’ve never had a account lock before, buying an account always has risk of locking I can’t find his discord if I do I will contact him but you never seem to want to acknowledge I’ve only being trying to help but I’m extremely busy atm
 
I just don’t get you, you don’t have any contact details. I have contact details for people I have purchased an account from that go back years, and I don’t buy and sell accounts as a profession. I just think you’re very weird how you’re approaching the whole situation. You’re busy? Great me too. But I bet you if this was your money then you wouldn’t be so busy. I have paid YOU $185 for a product that I have absolutely no access to at all. Check my past purchases on here, there’s quite a few and as stated before I have never once had an issue at all, so please don’t treat this as me trying to get some free cash. I just want what I’ve paid for. I’m not happy at all about just losing money tbh, I don’t really find it fair at all. And all you have to say is ‘I don’t have any contact details’. If you purchased this account from someone else, then you definitely have all the details somewhere. You’re saying that I’m failing to acknowledge that you’re trying to help, but please tell me have you actually done anything to try and help? Have you messaged me the whole time this thread has been open? No, you haven’t. You don’t care man and that’s that.

I leave it to the admins to decide on what happens from here, I’ve said all I have to say and you’re ‘too busy’ to do anything to help.

i have loads of people on my discord and when u originally messaged me i went through so many and i cant find it he must've changed his name so it will take me forever to find him, you locked the account and your acting like i just took your money and have the account, its not my fault u locked it due to suspicious activity and like i said im extremely busy atm so im not going to look through all my discord dms again when i already did that, and ive got more sales then you lmao and had no issues until you

You are truly pathetic I’m not a seller who does this as a profession lmao soemtirms I trade and buy a account and if I get bored of it sell it, I’ve only done 5 sales including yours and you are the only one I’ve had a problem with, and you buying since 2015 😭😭you’ve bought 3 things including my acc I’ve been rejistered since ages aswell that means nothing, you are the worst customer I’ve dealt with no proper communication and when I try help you respond a month later A MONTH after I gave the only information I had on the acc to unlock it. Like I said I have exams and am busy atm I don’t have time to deal with someone as passive agressive as yourself
 
You gave me information on an account I cannot access at all. Which I told you on the moment you gave me the details to help. I responded a month later because in a month you didn't message me with anything else at all when you said you'd message me when you found more info, but you didn't even look for more info. I've sold 3 things* btw, bought a lot more than 3 accounts and services on this website :)
 
If the information provided by the seller does not result in an account recovery, and the seller can no longer contact the OO a refund must be issued.

If the account was purchased from someone on our site we would contact them here and hold them responsible as well, but unfortunately you purchased it off discord originally.
