You have 100% got scammed by off site middleman scammer who was pretending to be epicnpc middleman.Next time ask middleman to comfirm it is trully him via pm on epicnpc.

well, thanks for the help. the other guy I'm in this transaction with is the one who suggested it so I didn't know how the whole process. didn't know it had to be done on site. lesson learned. my account that I've worked on for years to become a beast. left to the dust

if u are first account owner and if u own original email with game key code in game purchase payment proof or if u have used credit card give them all the info u can and i am sure that u can retrieve ur account as u know much more about it than person who have scammed you.
Thats true!!! Great! I did try to contact the company! The game is called fate grandorder mobile and yeah i spent almost 700$ there. So i will try to fight this.
