Describe the problem: Basically I bought an account, Everyone was perfect until I proceed with the payment and after he gets the money , he says that someone has offered more money and he wants 10 more dollars or he will take the money I gave him before. He never sent the account or gave my money back, He also changed his name and started deleting messages from discord as I said him I wasnt giving him more money.
