Provide information about the dispute and what lead to it: He made first trial transaction succeeded and when I agreed to deal with bigger amount. He scammed. and even negative feedback me when I rate him as scammer. I was just too nice to believe him. Also, some other forum members have flagged him as scammer but they did not rate him that's why I was not alert.
