What is the dispute about?
Scam reclaim account through support of the game , i have no longer acces to the account

Other details / notes:
i bought the account from Taix3 400€ everything went smootly and i had full acces on the acc . for personal reason i stopped played on the acc for a long time and when i tried to relog on it i didnt had any acces.
i tried to reconnect into this website(epic npc) to try to reach Taix3 cause i thought he was the one who claim back the account but no .
this person : https://www.epicnpc.com/members/varshavianka.1141288/ send me a msg 1 month ago into epic npc chat to discuss about the account , since i was not active on epic npc at that time i didnt see it. now this person telling me she reclaim the acc "for fun" through the support by using the original email of the acc and now she already sell it bcs i didnt reply to her when she tried to reach me the first time.

i precise the account didnt get stole Varshavianka sold the account to Taix3 300$ here link of thread : https://www.epicnpc.com/threads/int-11-foj-ara-301-erp-3-9m-cp-300.1958192/ and Taix3 sell the account to me after.

I confirm everything I said in the chat.
I will even include my newest reply.
It looks like the previous owner does not show an interest in the original email and is satisfied with reporting my Epic account.
They do not show interest in a refund or agreement of any kind.
Well, do what you will. And let this be a lesson for everyone involved.

I think EpicNPC should offer to refund them in this case, though. It was a trade guardian transaction, after all.
You guys are slacking as always...

@Frayse please contact a guy who sold you the account and ask him to open a Paypal dispute against the scammer. Brasilians does not have friends and family option on Paypal so he should be able to easily win a dispute and refund the money to you
