I added the user from the thread:

After a quick chat, we both agreed to 110 USD PayPal.
First Red Flag: User wants to Login first to “check” the account. With discord accounts, it’s super easy to change the email and password since the program doesn’t send an email change confirmation.
Second Red Flag: User “sent money”, after I check my PayPal I see the user has sent an invoice requesting money.
After sending the message “Ok hold on” the user blocked me.
With this evidence, I believe that this user is a scammer.
