Post keeps getting denied when using the form.

Details: Seller was selling an account for Final Fantasy Brave Exvius. Upon account delivery, none of the characters that were advertised in the thread were in the account. It seems he tried scamming another person (while scamming me) and the user Fekkno found out and posted "Scammer , care" on the sellers thread. I did not see the post, otherwise I would have declined the transaction.
Amount paid: $50 A stop payment has been issued by my bank at no charge.
