What is the dispute about? I was looking to buy an OPTC account and he IM'd me the details as well as the price. I sent the payment (which he preferred a Paypal payment through g2a) and hours later tells me "I already sold the account. But I have a Kaido Bullet account for $60 more." I tell him I want a refund and he says okay but THEN proceeds to say how the website only refunds at least $50 and he only has $30 so if I can buy one more card from g2a. So I buy it, unfortunately, and he then shows some screenshot of how paypal needs a minimum $125 to withdrawal. At this point I'm already down and RELUCTANTLY buy a third (initially he asked if I could purchase two more because he only had $79 but then apparently got $20 from his brother) hoping he'll refund me after his constant pms since showing me how his feedbacks are positive. Then he blocks/removes me from discord and ghosts me.
