Background:
Purchased Black Desert Online (BDO) account from Seller for $450.00 on September 1, 2019 and claims he is the original owner of the account. On December 4, 2019, I noticed my email was changed and contacted the Seller through discord.
Seller proceeds to state that he did not change the account and not sure what happened. Once again he states he is the original owner. Note: Black Desert Online only allows email changes if you're the original owner who purchased the game . They will ask for ID verification to match with the credit card you used to purchased the game. I gave him a benefit of a doubt that he wouldn't change it again.
Everything was good until recently March 29,2020 when i tried to login to my account. My email was changed again. I contacted BDO support and support noted that the email was changed.
I contacted the Seller again and looked like he blocked me with no response.
I am under strong belief that the Seller is a scammer. He states that he is the original owner and acts dumb when the BDO account was changed by stating he doesn't know what happen. BDO only allows email changes when the original owners ID matches the credit card information that was used to purchase the game. He has since ghosted me on discord. Note that the user use to be online constantly and once my account email was changed he is know longer online.
