So what happened someone hacked the mms email? Then retook the acc acc got hacked? Taken back i have no idea
 
I never verified the email I used for the account so you could change if you wished after receiving the login info, that email was just an username

you logged into the account and had access for over a day.....the password could have been changed the moment the MM handed you the account, just like how he changed my email and password the moment i gave it to him

Image with the info is changed to Staff only between 2:29 and 2:50 (Enough time for a random person who is lurking to go and change the info)

You are able to log in at 3:01 PM (long time after image gets shut down)
 
That being said, it's impossible for me or kwenhasa to change the info because we don't know the details you used to log in at 3:01 PM which must be different from the info I sent you because it wasn't working anymore

At that time i was already logged on when you guys said that you couldnt login i logged out and tetried to log and i couldnt will have to wait on pilarium i guess

We couldn't log in because the info I gave you was not working anymore, not because you were playing. Your message actually proves that you had already changed the password/email because you were still playing while we were trying to login with the original info

It infact does not prove because i messaged the other guy on how to change pass it shows that i got account and was able to login i was planning to change the password but i could not but lets wait on what pilarium says cause i swear i did not change the password

Just checked my email again, and no replies from plarium yet. It’s 741am here right now so I really have to sleep, but I will check my email again once I wake up and post any screenshots of any replies if plarium has responded by then.

If I don’t hear back by tomorrow night, I will try to find a mod on their official discord to see if they can help too.

No response from Plarium support yet via email.

I did talk to a mod on discord, who said he has no authority over account access issues, but will bring up this issue to the people in charge.
but will only hear back monday at the earliest, as the people handling this type of issue do not work on weekends.
have the chat log on discord and made a few screens, but not appropriate to post them here right now as this is public for everyone to see.

He asked me for my player ID, but I did not keep that info. Gave him the account nickname however and email registered.
Asked me to look for old in-app purchase receipts as well as they probably will need that as evidence, and I do have those for the period when I owned this account.

Once I get any useful response I'll update everyone

Scam what i dont have account i feel scammed weve been waiting for u to retrieve the account and i was honest with them i said account was retreived and i do not have access to it and im bot payong 591 dollars for absolutely nothing so if u get the account back from pilarium keep it and how was it a scam when theres nothing for me to benefit i bought a pack on it for gems and thats it nothing else now i dont have access to it

Nobody knows if you do have the account or you don't. You claim you don't, but throughout the whole time, you have beenn repeatedly lying and changing your story time after time. First it was your bank's problem, then all of a sudden its something else, and then something else, etc etc. During the process, you blamed your bank, then middle man, then me, and finally cancelled the dispute on paypal.

If you had a legitimate concern and argument, you wouldn't have cancelled the paypal dispute to start with.

I sent an email to plarium when I said I would, and that was the response I got from them TODAY. I cannot make them work faster; I do not have control over that.

Please provide proof that account was indeed retrieved then if you keep insisting on that. Please have evidence to back up your arguments, rather than to repeatedly come up with all sorts of nonsensical stories at your whim.

My sole responsibility was to sell you the account, which I did. Account was handed over to Middle-man broker and verified by him. That was what you paid me for, plain and simple.

My job / responsibility in this transaction does NOT include me having to put up with all of these nonsense by you. I do not have control over as many things as you seem to imagine, nor is it my business. You are a grown man, and yet these stupid scam tactics are just plain childish and stupid. Please live honestly and earnestly; you owe that to your family members at the very least.

If this is not resolved by tomorrow, I will be filing a police report, and you can try explaining your case at the police station if you think you are right.

it is impossible for me to even retrieve it as Plarium isn't allowing it to happen. Your account is NOT with me. I had sold it to you.

You need to stop your stupid scam tactics.

This is my last warning. Cancel the dispute, or I am filing a police report tomorrow.

You did NOT pay $591 for nothing. You paid $591 for the account, which you did get, as verified by middle-man.

you were the last person who logged in. You admitted to that.

Only person that could have changed the email and password was you.

No one else, including middle-man, was able to login using the credentials you provided, after the account was handed to you.

Even IF you do not have access anymore, that is YOUR problem. You bought the account from me, I handed it to you. That was what you paid me for. Your payment to me, does NOT include babysitting services.
From a legal perspective, the account is now SOLELY YOUR RESPONSIBILITY.
Lets say you brought a brand new car from a car dealership and that vehicle got stolen. Are you going to get a refund from the car dealership then? Is the dealership legally liable?
Are you going to get a refund from Apple too if you lost a new iPhone that you just bought?

You paid me for a game account, and I had delivered the product as I was supposed to, as verified by middle-man. I had fulfilled my end of the deal as required by our contract.

Summary

12th December account is sold to Dannyvo79
13th December buyer filled payment chargeback and stated that his bank filled a dispute
13th December 2:29 PM buyer stated that account password is unchanged and he posted email and password in public
13th December 2:35 PM post removed by the moderator
13th December 2:44 PM MM stated that he can't log on the account anymore
13th December 3:01 PM buyer confirmed that he logs which means that only he can have the password at that moment

@Dannyvo79 here is clear that you are the one who holds the account atm so please stop the chargeback dispute or you will be banned

And yes i did log in woth the pssword your mm gave me i did not have a chance to change it due to being at work and no access to desktop to change and i do not have access to the account now

But nope, what you did instead, was to keep the account, blocked me on discord, and then filed a chargeback like a sneaky little rat. Does these actions seem like someone who had a legitimate problem with the account, or does it seem more like the actions of a scammer?

I did not take it back. I have already submitted screenshots of Plarium's response. They won't even give it back to me. They closed the ticket as well.

IF it really got hacked, that is still YOUR problem. I am NOT your babysitter. I CANNOT go through your computer to make sure its virus free, or that you are not doing other stupid **** that may compromise the safety of any of your accounts, whether its game accounts, paypal, or whatsoever. Then again, this is one of the worst excuses you have come up with so far.

you can change it on your phone or any device.
Also, you filed the dispute about 24 hours after you bought the account.
Were you working nonstop for 20+ hours?
