I have no idea what’s going on. MM said he couldn’t log in and then you said you managed to log in after.
That being said, can you cancel the dispute on PayPal? I was simply just selling you a game account, and I had already handed the account over. Instead, you went to file a dispute on PayPal against me despite having received the account. This is really unfair to me.

I had already submitted screenshots of our chat log and this transaction to PayPal. They advised me to file a police report as well and they would comply with all police investigation and provide your info to authorities if necessary, as they are unable to provide it to me directly without any court order due to privacy reasons. I do not wish to escalate this, hence, please cancel the dispute.

If the PayPal dispute is not resolved within the next 2 business days, I will be filing a police report. Please understand. I hate to take things too far but I am left with no choice.

as in at the point he was loggeed on i was already still logged on in game but then after he logged on and tried and u tried u guys cant so i logged off my game and i tried to log in and i cant even log in

if you were logged on and someone else logged in, it would have kicked u out of the game......

regardless, can you cancel that dispute? that dispute should NEVER happen in the first place. You paid for a game account and i gave it to the middle man who verified the account and then transferred it to you. That was my end of the deal which I had completed.

There is no basis for you to file that dispute. You even tried to be sneaky and shady about it and blocked me. If you still refuse to cancel the dispute, it is blatantly obvious that you tried to scam me, and I am therefore left with no choice but to file a police report.

I opened a charge back because its not what was said in pics it didnt live up to its name and its retrieved as in i cant even login to play it anymore so someone took it back and it couldnt be me since im not original owner

now you are coming up with new excuses.

1.
you said the chargeback was done in error due to some password problem with your bank, and now you are finally admitting to filing a chargeback?

i CANNOT retrieve the account as it is NOT facebook linked. Don't believe me? Go ask any mod on official raid discord channel. I can also email plarium support and screenshot their response to prove account was not and cannot be retrieved if that makes you happy.

3.
You claimed that the password was unchanged, and MM tried to login, but he couldn't. Then you said you literally logged in using that info?
and now you are blaming me?
Honestly I think you changed the password once the MM handed you the account and you were just trying to make him the scapegoat yesterday but failed.

i had screenshots of the CB damage. and i only posted 1 of them; if you want, i can even dig up old pics for u.
I had sold numerous accounts and not 1 buyer has complained about anything.

5.
It was only this morning when I found out that you tried to pull the same SCAM with another seller, Arman.
you offered $800 for his account, and then came up with all sorts of excuses that you couldn't pay, and yet you still wanted him to give you the password and email.
Mods can verify this story with Arman and get screenshots of chatlogs from him.

6.
Your story is constantly changing and you are just a shady scum.
If you legitimately had a problem with the account, you could have raised the issue with me directly on discord, and i would have resolved the problem with you amicably.
I would even take the account back as there are 3 other interested buyers.
Instead, you blocked me on discord, filed a chargeback, and went into hiding.

7.
My responsibility was to hand over the account to the MM, for him to verify, and then you would pay me, and my end of the deal is done. I've done what I was supposed to do.
Cancel that dispute by Tuesday, or I am calling the police. I will even file a small claims suit against you and serve you legal papers to your address if necessary.
I had already called Coons Rapids Police Department and they will take my report over the phone if I decide to pursue this matter.

8.
You are a grown man of 40 years old. I hope you learn some common decency and honesty and not have to resort to stupid little scams like this on the internet.
Please do the right thing and set an example for your family.

Lastly, even if morality does not appear to you, what you are doing is ILLEGAL.

Also, I will write an email to plarium support right now, and I will screenshot ALL their responses to prove that I had never attempted to retrieve the account, and also their response as to whether that account can be retrieved.

I've sold over 20 accounts for raids and many more accounts for other games. I do not do this for a living, but at the same time, I am not a greedy little ******* that will screw people over too. So no, I've never and will never try to retrieve whatever is sold as that account rightfully and legally belongs to someone else once its sold. I am not that stupid to break any laws over such frivolous amounts of money.

how would i know?
i gave the account to the MM.
In the trade guardian transaction, MM had mentioned that he changed the login info
After you paid me, and i confirmed payment, then MM gave you the account info.

For all we know, you could still be holding onto the account.

Regardless, I have emailed plarium, and I will screenshot their response, just to prove that I had NEVER retrieved the account.
Also, I am not even sure if it can be done, since it is not linked to facebook. We'll know the answer when we get their response I suppose.
IF plarium allows me to recover the account, I will give it to you immediately.
And to re-emphasize, I will screenshot ALL of plarium's responses just so there is ZERO misunderstanding as to whether I retrieved the account or not.

I've always been approachable and would have worked out any issues amicably. I have no idea why you would resort to something like this. If you were really that unhappy with the account, why not raise the issue with me, and I would have just taken it back and issued you a full refund? Instead, you kept the account, blocked me, and disappeared.

And until the dispute is really cancelled, what is evident is the fact that you tried to keep the account and also get your money back at the same time.

Lastly and most importantly, have you cancelled the dispute like you said you would do?

that by itself, is a scam.

I do not know nor can I control what is going on when I no longer had possession of the account. It is NOT within my means nor is it my responsibility. You are asking me about something that I do NOT have any control nor authority over.

Imagine you bought a car at the Porsche dealership. You drove the car out of the dealership, and you crashed it, or the car got stolen. Are you going to hold the dealership responsible for what happened to that car? Was someone supposed to sit next to you whenever you drive that car to babysit you?

You promised to cancel that dispute. Is it done? Or are you finding new excuses again now?

and just in case you keep thinking I retrieved the account, I have already said, I will include ALL responses from plarium.
You can see for yourself if I had tried to retrieve anything.

Also, I had sold 4 accounts that are >$1000 USD.
Your account is NOT the most expensive I've sold.
NONE of my customers, including those who have bought accounts that cost way more than the one you bought, have complained about anything. IF I truly was trying to retrieve accounts, why not retrieve the one I sold for $1500, instead of this account which is just $575?

Feel free to message ANY of my buyers. Ask any of them if they had any issues with the accounts I've sold them.

Most importantly, stop your stall tactics and cancel the dispute like you promised you would.

or can you please post a screenshot of your paypal account resolution center?

on my end, it is still showing as an active dispute.
Typically, the system updates right away.

Can you also send them a written message to paypal support with the case ID to request cancellation of that dispute?

If the account is indeed lost, and/or plarium allows me to recover it, I will notify you and the mods immediately.
I will post all screenshots of all correspondence with plarium, so there is no misunderstanding between anyone and no one will be thinking that I recovered the account and am pocketing it.

No, you did NOT call in to cancel the dispute.
There were no call records from seller's side other than the initial request to file a chargeback. Dispute is still active.
According to Paypal, IF you had called in to cancel, the system gets updated IMMEDIATELY.

Whatever stupid antics you are trying, please stop.
Cancel the dispute for real, or I am calling the cops by Tuesday.
Enough of these stupid games.
Your stall tactics do not work and you are just wasting everyone's time, including yours, and making yourself look stupid during the process.

If you claim that you have cancelled, provide evidence instead of just being all talk and zero substance. Until now, your stories have repeatedly changed.

i asked plarium 3 things in my last message to them on their website:
1. if the account can be retrieved at all despite not being linked to facebook
2. if they can retrieve it back for me at all.
3. current email registered to that account

If you have other questions that you want me to ask, please feel free to let me know, and once they reply to my initial email, I will ask whatever you want me to ask.

Also, if you indeed have lost access to the account, I will try my best to help you as much as I can, though I cannot guarantee any results, because like I've said many times, I do not have the means nor capability nor authority to retrieve and/or restore access to any accounts. The account is NOT facebook linked. If it was facebook linked, it could have been retrieved easily within a matter of minutes.

Lastly, I honestly do not think the MM will want to steal your account...... He probably have dealt with accounts that were worth more in value, and his reputation (feedback) is nothing but stellar...
