I tried using Accountwarehouse? but I did not want to provide my picture ( I didn't mind providing my name, and birthday and such, and other verification) So I ended up just using the ebay.

The account has [Pulsefire Ezreal, and Championship Riven] it does not have the other 2 ultimate skins.
Lots of 1350, 950RP and Leagcy Skins!
It does not have victorious Janna but has Morganna, Sivir and Elise.
It has 101 Champions. It does not have the champions that recently came out. Such as Jhin, the Earth Beding lady, and etc.
Has 10 Rune Pages.
Has many runes.
It's win/loss ratio is positive. It's MMR is still positive.
Season 2 Silver
Season 3 Diamond
Season 4 Diamond
Season 5 Platinum
Season 6 (Now) Diamond
