What is the dispute about?
First off the thread states that if I pay via PayPal I don't really need to confirm who I am. So guess what I did? I paid via PayPal. Then I receive a phone call from an obviously fake number "+0000000000" to confirm who I am. I say my name, answer all other questions. Then the customer rep says well your PayPal says . I explain why it says what it says then she closed the call. Next thing on the website went from "Waiting to Delivery" to "Unconfirmed". Not only did I answer a phone call at 4:33 AM just to confirm, but I DIDN'T need to confirm in the first place according to the thread. She sent a long message saying I need to send this & this to their email (just look at image) and I noticed 1 very sketchy thing of them mentioning an SSN. For a Chinese company needing access to your SSN is not okay. So I asked her "Before doing this is it okay if my names don't match?" she proceeded to insult me about my voice and I still received nothing I ordered. Essentially my real & virtual money is held, hostage.
They lied on the thread.
They have numerous other bans.
They insult customers.
Other details / notes:
Ordered = 70m + 5m free in OSRS currency.
