Provide information about the dispute and what lead to it: I purchased the account, and it was recovered a few days later. After a few days he said the original owner had accused me of trying to steal his CC info and recovered it. Skip to now and after sending an email asking for a refund, he responds saying that the account wasn't recovered and that it is impossible.
Other details / notes: Twice he "mistook" me for someone else, saying strange things. Now he seems to be own rarely, unlike before when he was online alot.

You stole the original owners credit card info and tried to use his information to purchase something online (perhaps as revenge?) That is why it got recovered, I had nothing to do with it. Don't mess with people's private information next time... you were asking for it.

I was never told at all about the account belonging to someone else. You agreed to refund/give me another account as compensation, and even after sending you an email asking for a refund, you denied the account being recovered, saying it was, "not possible." And even then, how would I steal someone's CC info? For one I use prepaid riot point cards, no need for a credit card, and stealing it would be impossible. Finally, revenge? on who? I purchased the account, and not even a week later it's recovered.

And not only that, but the person you claim I stole the cc info from provides no proof at all, just the claim that this happened.

And Mr Bear, I did not recover the account, I was not even the original owner so it was impossible for me to even do so. I am already in enough mess as it is, and I am mostly likely going to be banned from these forums soon anyways because idiots like to recover accounts that I fairly bought from. I have NEVER recovered an account from someone, but if I have to take the blame for it, then so be it.

But technically Romo stated on his thread that he was the OO of all the accounts he put up for sale so that's something and after Carbon started a scam thread then Romo received that he was the OO on his thread.

I checked the thread and the edits and no where did I see him saying he's the OO. He did say he has the original email, but nothing about being the OO.

Romoabel I don't believe it's possible to use a saved credit card on an account without reentering some of the info. That being the case how could have MrBear stolen it?

Romoabel who did you get this account from? Ask them to show you proof of something being purchased. If nothing was purchased then how could the CC been stolen. I need to see a screenshot of the order history page showing his CC was used to buy something on the account.

If you can't provide that proof you owe MrBear $225

Really, all I'm looking for is a refund for the account, something romo was willing to do up until now. Also, the chat logs have no proof of theft only a claim of it. When asked, the owner avoids providing proof, calling it, "kiddie bullsit."

If it helps, I can attest that every time I buy something new on LoL, I always have to enter the 3 digit cv code.

The thing is, I don't even use a credit card for League, if I want RP I just buy a prepaid riot card. There would be no reason for me to check if there was a credit card linked to the account at all. Furthermore, I had no knowledge of using credit cards for buying things in LOL, so I never knew that CC info was saved until Romoabel told me.

that's arguable, saying an account is yours does not mean the same as being the OO.

In any regards it's been confirmed you need to know CC info to use a saved credit card so MrBear would not have been able to use it even if it was saved. This makes the OO claim to Romoabel that his credit card was being used invalid so Romoabel owes MrBear either a full refund or the account must be returned.

Please confirm once that happens. Deadline will be Saturday.

I am not refunding you, you opened a paypal dispute and therefore you are already going to get a refund. As for the account, I sold that to him 3 weeks ago and he told me everything was fine. If you look in the 3rd screenshot, he even says that he received the original info to the account. I am not going to lose my money for your irresponsibility. You suddenly decide to show up a month later and take away my money... You have not even provided any sort of proof it got recovered, so for all I know, you could be lying.

And why did you even make a topic on epicnpc if you already opened a paypal dispute? You expect me to refund you AND lose money on paypal? That is not gonna happen...

If he wins the paypal dispute that will be classed as his refund but if you win the dispute you will be responsible for refunding him

Wait, I just realized, how is it I have no proof of it being recovered if you not only talked to the person who you and he say recovered the account, but I have the skype discussion where this takes place? The third screen was me telling you I couldn't login, and you saying you would contact the original owner.

romoabel you stated in chat logs the OO recovered the account due to his CC being "stolen".

You have provided no proof of this and it does not seem even possible as Riot requires users to re-enter the CC info when making a new purchase. Since the account is back in the OO hands and there is no Paypal dispute on the payment, there is zero reason why you can't refund Mrbear and resolve the matter with the OO on your own afterwards.

Mrbear has been waiting 3 days for a refund already. Please issue a refund within 24 hrs or your account will be banned.

I have not yet received a refund, nor compensation for the account. Although he did ask for a little more time, maybe another day or two before banning him, if he means it, he'll have ample compensation.

You think I am making up flimsy excuses? I had to call paypal today and resolve a bunch of crap I'm in because stupid idiots like to recover accounts that I fairly bought from them. I could easily turn into a wuss like you and make a bunch of topics on this forum right now on how I bought accounts off people and they got recovered. But whats the point, no one is going to believe me anyways and I am most likely going to get banned right? We both know I did not recover the account, so this was not my fault, therefore I am NOT going to refund you anything. I am not going to lose money in this and let you win. I am sick of being scammed by idiots online and making me look like the bad one. I tried to resolve these problems with you and carbon but it seems like this isnt going anywhere. Again sorry about the account getting taken, but it was not me. I will gladly take the ban, I am completely done with buying and selling stuff online, I wish I never started in the first place. 2. Since you are refusing to compensate Mr.Bear you will be banned romoabel. Since no supermods or epicnpc himself isnt online i will be temp banning you until you either refund Mr.Bear or a supermoderator/Epicnpc perm bans you.
