ROFL Scammer Straight out of the box on Paypal read this BS

His name is Thomas L** on paypal, dont deal with him at all. Since someone had recalled that account and placed a 55$ claim against me, I placed one on him as well as seeing I bought it from him. Paypal rejected my claim within a day and the 55$ is still processing....


Owner bought an account from me. I did not know this was something blizzard said i could not do and he did not tell me that. Also in paypal agreement i see virtual items are not protected and i was suprised. Owner purchased the account about a month ago. IF the account was not in order he should have filed an agreement when he got the account. If for some reason the new owner of the world of warcraft account has issues he needs to deal with blizzard and not me. The seller is not responsible for his actions on the account. Ownership was transfered to him and everything was in order. The acount (package)was working as intended when he bought it. I have also contacted the buyer mutiple times and told him i have no idea what happened to the account since it is not my responsiblity for his actions in losing the account.

I have some what different e-mail address but this irrational mental case has committed a libelous and slandering crime against me, the single largest antique collector in the world with purchase on eBay ...For that, I have to reply and request him to provide evince for the babbling:

1) I failed to understand what he was talking about - Not able to write in English?
2) How come that his claim was rejected by PayPal?
3) When did this take place??

By sticking a dirty message at mmobay is the most low down act anyone can practice...A warning: If this man or woman refuses to
justify its action by writing to me, Dr. Thomas T. Lee, PhD, PE via [email protected], a major law suit will be filed soon for defamation and monetary punitive damages I doubt that the author of this irresponsible smearing could afford!!!

Furthermore, I have already sent a personal email on May 14, 2011....The reason: I was just told of this laughable defamation remarks
last night!!!
