They offer Powerleveling for in-game gold instead of money. I decided to test this out with a level 70 on the account. He didn't change my password after a day or anything like that, but he didn't level a character up for me either even though he said he was going to.
I log in to find my level 70 in the Stormwind Auction House, when he was originally in Shattrath City, along with being respecced, and he completely changed my action bars. I can't imagine what he was planning to do at the Auction House.
