After my account got swiped I down rated the OO of this account thinking he didn't give all the information. But I was wrong, I spoke to him and he actually went out of his way to help resolve the issue. I'd like to undo my one star rating on him.

The posting was used to intimidate and threaten a response from me. It should be a ToS violation to harass people. I stand by my feedback.
