Issue resolved with this guy!

We stated we will solve all the problem within 24 hours, this guy got problem in logging in his account, so we resolve his issue within 24 hours and promised and he still negative us

I can confirm the issue was resolved, I posted it with the intention of changing the feedback but I found out later that I can't.

Can the mods change it to a positive feedback?
