I would like to fight this as this guy is a lying. I did not get the service that was suppose to be provided and received a email that it was done.
I ordered for 10 ranks, 10 packages, and the season reward on my titan. He responded that someone played with 3 of my characters for iron banner. I asked for my titan as the pictures shows and my request was not followed. Only 2 of my characters can play in iron banner. I only received the 10 ranks and received an email 2 days later that it was done. I reach out to him by chat and email. I can also provide emails as well.

His buddy who played on my account lied. I didn't have 10 engrams or my seasonal reward.
I purchased his service on the 17th and supposedly done by the 19th. All lies like I told him by email.

why wont u reply on my email and provide me with login info so we can check ? u stopped replying after i asked for login info so we can check this on our end. fight what ? just provide new login, if smth was missed we will finish it, but i doubt this... pm me login ? or u will keep posting screenshots ?

You didn't provide the service and said it was complete. Didn't you? this is the email I received on april 19th. So, yes I changed my information since you didn't reply and I thought I was going to be scammed since your crappy service did not give me what I purchased. its in the pictures.

these things can happen if there was some misscomunication. you need to provide login info so we can check this and if need more work to be done, it is as simple as that. ustopped replying the moment i asked for login info.
first thing first u need to cancel the chargeback on paypal if want this to go on. we never failed order on destiny 2, and i dont plan to start now, if this was due to misscomunication we will need only few more hours to get this done...
team informed me they got u 10 engrams which u use to get the full armor season reward, perhaps u need to check inventory etc...

tldr, just provide login and my teammate willcheck and post me screenshots, if he forgot smth he will finish it, i can see from that ss 9 matches missing which is like 2h more work and can be done instantly... we dont do achivements obviously it isnt stated anywhere but u can order that for extra. the season reward means rewards that u get from the engrams but we can do the 9 more matches np it is 2h more...

I told you I had season 1 iron banner gear. You are counting the gear I earned myself last year. Your friend is the one scamming me out of items I payed for through your service using the gear I already had on my character. I have ordered a couple of times on this website and this is the first time I had any issues.

we are communicating via email now i think 9 more games are left to finish the achivement and team tells me can be done in 2-3 more hours, you shouldnt have overreacted and file chargeback, we are not from yesterday we cannot scam anyone if we work on epicnpc coz disputes can be backed up with evidence and so on. we will finish the 9 more games seems this was a simple misscomunication, i am waiting on ur new login info and replied on your email msg
