Required post count to advertise a power leveling website.

I would like to advertise at Diablo 3 Gold - Power Leveling and Website Promotions forums.

According to Quick Start Guide, 5 posts are required to post URLs. Home Page URL could be set in the profile after 10 posts (although this is inconsistent with the URL posting requirement, in my opinion). Website Promotions forum description says “Links are allowed as per normal posting rules”.

So I’d like to clarify this questions:

1. How many posts are required to make a website promotion at the game power leveling forum?
2. How many posts are required to make a website promotion at Website Promotions forum?
3. Is it ok to post URL in the thread title at the game forum?
4. Does the account verification status matter or are the requirements the same for all accounts?

Sorry, the Quick Start Guide was out of date. You an include up to 2 links in your first 10 posts, after 10 the restriction is removed. The guide has been updated.

   1. Post count is irrelevant. You must be Verified to offer power leveling services.
2. How many posts are required to make a website promotion at Website Promotions forum?
   1. Post count is irrelevant.You must be Verified or a Premium Pro Seller to create a thread in this forum.
3. Is it ok to post URL in the thread title at the game forum?
   1. ​You can post a domain like 'domain.com' in a title, but nothing more complicated, no 'http://www.domain.com/something.php'
4. Does the account verification status matter or are the requirements the same for all accounts?
   1. Verification is required to post in certain forums.
