guy replied here and more importantly left bad review for us, we dont sell pogo accounts since 2016... no idea what is this for. prolly left on a wrong profile or got scammed by some impersonator. You can check d3hell.com there is no pogo section or ever was.

This is what the buyer wrote, the Vendor left the buyer a feedback if you check his profile
A transaction occurred, i believe you could investigate further, but the sole fact that ComicArtBay left a feedback on the buyers profile is a obvious giveaway that a transaction occurred and the buyer just had forgotten to leave a feedback. I do not believe there is any rule regarding timing in which feedbacks must be issued, therfore it should be legal for the buyer to leave a negative feedback, even though 2 years had passed.

someone here left bad review for him september 2016th... for him to leave bad review for us he had to have some reason for it. he cant just leave bad review coz we left bad review for him. i still need order id, email or any chat logs as to investigate the reason for this. it must showup in our transaction history or chat logs else it is invalid.

italy, you are neither staff, qualified, or have any proofs or any idea as to what happened. and tbh neither do it, this is for something 2 years ago, we might jsut left bad review for him coz he was spaming our skype or website live chat... you cant just come and leave bad review to sellers without any evidence of placed order & poor service at the same time (screenshots where u complain, having ur account stolen after purchase and so on).

Yet again u are as clueless as you are unqalified to answer on this thread, there actually is a grace period after which feedback cannot be removed or edited due to lack of evidence (unless something changed in meantime).

I am not going to reply again, anyway the key word is grace period after which feedbacks cannot be "Removed" or "Edited", that does not imply in any possible interpretation "Leaving";for each trans. that occrs a costumer has the right to leave a feedback, i just wanted to point out the reason why i commented, which i'd rather have not, that i commented just because you have so many Negatives / Neutrals and because you plain lied about "left because an impostor or wrong profile", when the reason is very clear why it was left. That being said i will not comment again, you should solve this with Epicnpc, i just wanted this Feedback dispute to have all facts laid out, since you lied in your initial post.

I left negative feedback on the same post that he left negative feedback for me from, if you remove my negative feedback please also remove his. I left feedback saying that the buyer took more time to leave feedback than he did to actually assist me in getting a refund, when he left feedback that was only regarding the fact that I wanted a refund for him taking way too long.

Why are you so entitled you’re not even a good vendor your prices are so high and your customer relations are so bad that’s the only reason I decided to retroactively leave feedback I feel like I’m a better vendor than you in every regard yet my percentage is way lower because you got mad I wanted out of a deal and left me bad feedback...

u cant leave bad review just coz someone left bad review for u. u need proofs of purchase and u need proofs of bad service, i just repeat myself here. staff i think it is fair to ask removal of feedback at least untill he provides any proofs of our poor service...

edit: u can remove ours rep to him i guess, i dont even remember what is this for... but i am entitled to demand proofs of his claim, as far as forum rules go you cant leave bad review for someone coz he left bad for you, and you also cant leave bad review without any supporting claim of poor service (us leaving bad feedback for him cant be a proof of us doing poor service to him at the same time, regardless of what "join date 2017 - Inspector Italy" thinks )
