I don't have any of the chat logs unfortunately but he blocked me and his last login was around that time and he has no reputation and is not active. It was over a wow boosting that was fixed by a complete refund even though we worked on it and got progress on it. I just don't see a reason why it should be negative, at the very worst it should be neutral since he got what he wanted in the end.
