Request to remove negative feed back

Hello, a user by the name of,
-- mikey2906
posted negative feedback on my account. I have never done any business with him so what right does he have to post a buyer/seller feedback on my account.


I told him I didn't trust his new account / no reputation so I didn't want to go first or buy his account. (same old story)

I don't think users should be allowed to give out random negative / positive reputation...
