Hi, I did not know about this section and I have expired my deadlines, perhaps you will make an error for the first time (I will provide all screenshots and information)

1. https://www.epicnpc.com/threads/**-...-15-discount-for-crypto.1884444/#post-7627217

The buyer was aware of the possibility of a ban (this is his second purchase from me),

1. 1.1. the buyer knew about the possibilities of the ban, and asked about them additionally (he also confirmed that he received an account and everything is fine)
2. when sending the paypal invoce, I indicated that a refund is not possible - 2.1. there was an open dispute on PP, which I won

the buyer knew about the risks of the ban, I gave him instructions chance on how to bypass the ban, when sending the invoice, I indicated that a refund is not possible - the buyer confirmed the payment of my invoice. the situation is such that the client bought an account, and just a few hours later he got under the valve system and got blocked. https://www.dota2.com/newsentry/2995430596679058277

accounts for this reason are cheaper than boosting by 5, because of the possibility of a ban and risks, alas, I can't insure against this. I just tried to help, warned and sent an invoce with my terms - with which the buyer agreed. sorry man.

Are you kidding me? I didn't play ONE single game and the account was permanently banned. That's beyond a "refund" - the only reason I didn't get a refund from my paypal dispute is because I used an e-mail I don't normally use and I never read the message from Paypal to provide screenshots (which I would have). Also, the chatlogs he just posted are from a completely separate transaction I had with him months prior.

Here is what I posted on his thread where he posted the account in question:
If you look at this thread: ** https://www.epicnpc.com/threads/**-...-warranty-oge-15-discount-for-crypto.1884444/ ** you can see by clicking on the 6.700 account it's the same one I posted in the imgur post.

Notice on the previous games that the last game was played May 5. He sold me the account on May 15 (also shown in the discord logs) - so it would be impossible for me to have played any games since I did not have the account yet. This is proof that the account was banned before I played ANY games on it.
I messaged him right away after and told him that it was banned. The conduct review updated and is different than the conduct score he linked from his original post. He completed ignored/blocked me.

I disputed on paypal, but unfortunately I am new to that process and didn't check my inbox when paypal asked me for proof (it was on an e-mail address that I don't normally use). I actually started to post to have him banned from this forum altogehter, but I deleted it because I noticed he was not selling anything anymore on here (I had just assumed all of his accounts were banned from Valve, which is why the one he gave me was banned before I played on it). I can provide more logs if you like but I feel like this should be sufficient.

While I understand the seller bears the risk of an account being banned, I was sold an ALREADY banned account - I did not use it for 1 game whatsoever. For that reason, I feel entitled to a refund, but I will probably never see it.

discord -
(I sold him two accounts, both times I sent an Invoce PP)

14.05.21 he bought an account for which he put a negative review (I don't know why he says that this payment does not relate to this)
this is a screenshot of the sale of this account and the PP sent by the invoce (the client read it and paid for it, then I don't understand why the Invoce) AGAIN 14.05.21

https://www.dota2.com/newsentry/2995430596679058277 (this is a new policy of bans for buying accounts, I can't clean the client's computer and check how many accounts he visited - he is already fully responsible for this himself, I only gave a manul how to do it and once in how many accounts)

at the time of the sale, I checked, there was no ban. the client knew about the risks and opportunities of the ban (which I notified him about) the client received the account and wrote that everything is fine, after 5 hours I get a message that the account is in the bath (when I'm already out of town) and a day or two later I get a dispute on paypal (which I won)

You posted a conversation of a previous sale with regard to the sale for which I left a negative review. It's really quite cut and dry - I proved that I did not play a single game. I was GIVEN an account that was banned. If you think that it's reasonable to give people banned accounts then say "sorry you know the risks" then I don't know what to say. I'm upset at myself for not pursuing the paypal dispute because I would have won 100%. So, congratulations with that.

This would be like if I told you "all sales are final, sorry" and sold you a broken refrigerator. Which is why I left a negative review - people should know that when they buy accounts from him, there's a HIGH chance that the account purchased will be banned BEFORE they even use it.

We both know nearly all disputes on paypal are won buy the disputer - fortunately for you, I ignored all of paypal's e-mails trying to contact me since it was on an e-mail address I rarely use. So don't act like because you won a paypal dispute that you're in the right. You sold me a banned account on which I played ZERO games. The fact that you have the audacity to try and remove a negative review from someone you blatantly scammed just shows how petty and mischievous you are. You should be banned, let alone have negative reviews on your account. Why didn't you respond to me? You completely ignored and blocked me from discord. You knew you were wrong and that's why.

I have not - but I'm fairly certain it was banned for smurfing - if you look at the screenshots I posted of the account when I received it compared to the one's he posted on the original post, you'll see the account had 8 reports on it for "smurfing/account buying" - these reports occurred before I even logged on, meaning it was reported before he sold the account.

If KunimitsuTezuka44 was not told about those tickets a full refund must be issued.

  • Full account disclosure: The seller must state to the buyer before payment whether or not the account has ever been recalled, hacked, stolen or has received violation warnings. For some games, the seller must also disclose whether or not any payment transactions (buying in-game items) have occurred on the account.
    • Botted accounts: If the account was created/leveled using a bot, this must also be disclosed. This means the account was botted from level 1 to the max level. This does not include legit accounts that at one time or another used a bot.
    • Seller must disclose if they are the original owner of the account.
    • Anything vitally important about the account must be disclosed to the buyer before payment.

my personal account, which was active for 4 months and there were no locks (not stolen, not pumped by a bot, and so on)

dota introduced the rule blocking for the purchase of accounts, that is, if the system sees several accounts on one PC, it will block this account by counting it as a smurf account the buyer knew about all the risks before the payment, I also gave additional instructions on cleaning the PC - whether the buyer fulfilled it or not, I do not know.

The buyer was informed + invoice I immediately wrote that there are no refund conditions,

The buyer received an account - everything is fine with him - after 4 hours he gets a lock, what is it connected with is the purchase of an account (I threw the article above from the official steam source, what is my fault?)

I have fulfilled everything that you have described now in the post and there is no violation of mine on this side

the account received a VAC ban 49 days ago (dota gives exactly a VAC ban for the purchase of an account), it was 49 days ago that the buyer first logged into the account - at the time of the transfer of the ban, there was no account, the buyer was 100% to blame for the ban, which he was aware of

according to the screenshots that the buyer throws off, it is clear that my last games are 05.05.21 -
the lock was received on 14.05.21 (when the buyer logged into the account, having previously played on his other accounts and not clearing the history of his PC) -

and for the last time, give me a clear claim what am I guilty of, and what have I violated? I did everything according to the rules of epicNPC and did not deserve this review.

You posted the logs saying I didn't need to clear the cache (you gave me instructions that it only needed to be done every 5 times or so) -

Again, I said previously it's quite cut and dry - I did not play a SINGLE game.

@CM - I don't know if you play dota or not but this is how conduct update work - normally, it takes 25 games for your conduct to update. However, if you were to log in from a different computer/IP, the conduct will update earlier. That is the case here - the conduct summary (8 reports as shown in the screenshot) updated when I logged in. These reports came from HIM, not me - it would be impossible for the reports to come from me as I did not play ONE game. I'm assuming, he was reported for smurfing on the account and that's why it had 8 reports. His conduct never updated and as a result he gave me a banned account. Like I said, I never expected to get a refund - I'm more upset that he ignored/blocked me, never said a word, and now is asking to remove a negative review? I'm just trying to protect future buyers

And yes, your last games were 5/5 as shown in my screenshot - those are the LAST games played. lol - Not sure what you're trying to say. You can see on the previous games that I'm scrolled up all the way to the top - the last games are the ones you played, the account was given to me on 5/14, so once again - it's impossible for me to have triggered the reports/ban.

One of you please contact support and find more about the ban. Post screenshots of their response here.
so LMAO I proved above that the client was blocked through his own fault on his PC (due to a larger number of accounts), I warned about everything. And the account, although in the bath, remained with him, I can't write to steam support to confirm this again to you, only he can do it.
