This negative feedback was put on quite a while ago but I never sought to remove it. Despite the time gap, I would like to request that this negative feedback be either changed to neutral or removed altogether.
I was dealing with RioRioTheThrock ( https://www.epicnpc.com/members/rioriothethrock.850034/ ) over discord about selling an SAO IF account to them. However, after a bit, I had stopped responding and unintentionally ghosted them as I had a lot of PM's at the time and it was very late. I was given negative feedback for terrible service due to not responding to them and their attempts to buying my account. When I had tried to message them about it, it seems I was blocked on discord as shown in my pic below, so I can't message them nonetheless nor show the pms that we left off at. While I do understand it being left for me not responding, I would not have accepted the offer anyway despite discussing the deal with them for quite a bit. I admit most of the blame is on me, I'm just wondering if this could be changed as its the only negative feedback I have out of the 31 other positive ones.
