I kindly request the removal of the negative feedback left by [zaredon]. There was no transaction between us, and I have already raised a dispute regarding this user and their feedback. https://www.epicnpc.com/threads/fake-feedback-no-transaction-has-happened.2755967/ Furthermore, I would like to note that this person has also been recently banned for not following rules.

• Please report false feedback ASAP, within 10 days of receiving the feedback.
  • If reported within 10 days, the user who gave the feedback will be asked to prove it. If they are unable to, the feedback will be removed as false.
  • We will make a best effort to investigate feedbacks up to 30 days from when the feedback is received.
  • After 30 days the burden of proof falls solely on the member who receives the feedback.
    • Example: Joe gets a negative feedback from Roger. Two months later Joe files a dispute to have it removed. Joe must show proof the feedback is false. Roger does not need to prove his feedback is true.

at first I have mistaken it for a different customer, nonetheless, I had no transactions with either one. I am willing to provide proof for both customers to prove my case.

and as I said, there was no transaction. I did not sell anything to Princekay and he did not buy anything from me. The transaction was cancelled as Princekay sent me money but I refunded the money back to him. I simply sent back his money.

as for Zaredon there was no discussion at all nor the act of sending money. Both customers did not purchase anything. There was no act of business or dealing here. I simply returned princekay's money. Both of them ended the conversation as soon as they found out about the prices being out of his range.
