doyoungkwon you received the feedback on Feb 7th and were online Feb 9th and 10th. Why didn't you open a dispute then?

I see no PMs or chat between zerox1888 and doyoungkwon.

zerox1888 posted in your thread at 8:49am Feb 7th, feedback was given a few hrs later, however doyoungkwon didn't log from Feb 6-9, so he didn't see that message until the 9th, after feedback was given.

doyoungkwon please open dispute sooner after this long, but I removed your due to what I saw
