  • Please report false feedback ASAP, within 10 days of receiving the feedback.
    • If reported within 10 days, the user who gave the feedback will be asked to prove it. If they are unable to, the feedback will be removed as false.
    • We will make a best effort to investigate feedbacks up to 30 days from when the feedback is received.
    • After 30 days the burden of proof falls solely on the member who receives the feedback.
      • Example: Joe gets a negative feedback from Roger. Two months later Joe files a dispute to have it removed. Joe must show proof the feedback is false. Roger does not need to prove his feedback is true.
  • Between 11 - 30 days is a gray area. We will do our best to investigate, however decisions will be made on a case by case basis.
  • Feedback will ONLY be removed if it's false. If resolved, it will be updated to neutral.

Please provide proof that the feedback is false.

A chat on Epicnpc is not required in order to exchange feedback. thaiguy50 does not need to prove a sale occurred since it's been over 2 years.

You must provide overwhelming evidence a sale did not take place. The absence of evidence does not prove your claim.

I do not see any relevant evidence posted, so the feedback will remain. Sorry.

The relevance is that my PayPal history for that entire month shows every single payment I received during the exact period this feedback was left. There is no $90 transaction in that month. If a sale had occurred, the payment would have to appear there. I am not showing just one page, I showed the full month's activity. I can provide a full 2-year history if that is what you require, but logically, a transaction from that month would have to appear in that month's records (or before, I can prove that too), as you can see from the many other purchases for my services listed that month. Please tell me exactly what specific proof you would accept so I can provide it. I can't prove something that never existed, only that it wasn't there.

This is not acceptable evidence as we have no way of knowing what payment method was used or if the Paypal account you're showing is the correct Paypal account.

You would have to show the full chat between you and this member. We would have to be able to confirm the person in your chat is thaiguy50.

If you can't provide this evidence because you never spoke to thaiguy50, then the feedback is not removable.

You received this feedback Jan 15, 2024 and were online nearly everyday after that for months. The time to dispute the feedback was Jan 16, 2024. Since you waited more than 2 years, you must provide overwhelming evidence that shows it's false. If you cannot, it cannot be removed. Sorry.

You state that if I can't provide the chat because I never spoke to thaiguy50, then the feedback is not removable. I want to make sure I understand it correctly, because that condition is satisfied identically whether the feedback is false or true. A member who genuinely was never contacted produces exactly the same evidence as a member who is lying: none. So there is no outcome available under this standard other than the feedback remaining. Which is very sad for a long time seller AND user in this site as me.

That also sits awkwardly against two things you've already told me. You said a chat on EpicNPC is not required in order to exchange feedback. If offsite trades are valid without site chat, then site chat can't also be the only accepted way to disprove one.

Your objection was that you can't confirm the PayPal account is mine, or what payment method was used. I can address both in a single unedited video, which your own guidelines list as the accepted format for offsite evidence:

- Logging into PayPal from a fresh session and opening account settings, showing the legal name, date of birth and email address on the account. These match the details on my EpicNPC registration and can be checked against your own records.
- Searching that same account for the amount, for the date range around Jan 15 2024, and for any variation of the username, showing no results.
- The same walkthrough for every other payment method I was using in that period, so the record is complete rather than partial.

You're also welcome to compare my listings from that period against what the feedback actually describes.

If showing my verified PayPal ledger alongside identity verification and a full audit of my active payment methods is insufficient, please explicitly state what physical or digital evidence can legally/logically prove an "overwhelming evidence" when no offsite or onsite communication exists, because seems like you're asking for something impossible otherwise.

As you ignored the feedback for over 2 years, it is your responsibility alone to provide overwhelming evidence the sale never occurred. If the sale truly never happened, the fault is with you and the feedback will remain permanently. You were online every day and there is no possibility you did not see the negative feedback.

Showing a Paypal account is not relevant to the dispute. Again, we do not know what payment method was used nor if the Paypal account you show was the same Paypal account used.

Your legal name and information is not relevant as it is common for seller to use other payment methods or share payment accounts with others. Again, we have ZERO information about what payment method was used. You providing evidence about a random payment account is not relevant.

Again, the ONLY evidence you can provide that would be accepted is the full chat with thaiguy50 where we can confirm the person in the chat is the real thaiguy50.

Again, if this chat never happened, the feedback cannot be removed.

In the future, please report inaccurate feedback when it occurs.

At this time there is nothing that can be done. Sorry.

If you were AFK the full 30 days, exceptions could be made up to a certain point. We would most likely still attempt the contact the other party and request evidence from them.

Depending on the outcome the feedback could be changed to 2 star or neutral.

In your case you were online nearly every day, so there's no reason for you to have not disputed the feedback 2 years ago.
