Hello,
I would like to request an investigation into two negative feedback posts left on my profile by Dankpumpkin regarding a Rocket League account sale that was never completed.
I believe both feedback posts are misleading and do not accurately represent what happened. I am happy to provide the complete conversation and screenshots in chronological order so the situation can be independently verified.
The situation began when the buyer expressed interest in purchasing my account. I provided him with the account details and gave him full access so that he could test the account. At the time, there was an Xbox linking restriction preventing him from linking his account. I contacted Epic Games Support myself and successfully had the restriction resolved. After this was resolved, he was able to link his account and use the account normally.
He subsequently played on the account for approximately 11 hours and 45 minutes. Despite having full access and being able to use the account, he never completed the agreed payment. He repeatedly delayed the payment, giving various reasons relating to work and being busy.
Eventually, I became tired of waiting and gave him a clear ultimatum: either complete the payment for the account or I would take the account back. He then admitted that he did not have the money to pay for it. Instead of completing the purchase, he began asking me in DMs to simply give him the account for free. At that point, I took the account back because the agreed sale had not been completed.
He has now left two negative feedback posts:
First, he claims that I was attempting to “swindle” him out of money. He never paid me any money whatsoever. I gave him the account before receiving payment, allowing him to test and use it at his own discretion.
Second, his own feedback confirms that he was merely testing the account because he was concerned that it could be locked. This was not a completed purchase. The Xbox linking restriction was subsequently resolved through Epic Games Support, after which he successfully linked his account and played on it for nearly 12 hours.
Third, despite his concerns about the account potentially being locked, he continued using it extensively after the restriction was resolved. There was no point where I took his money and failed to provide a usable account.
Most importantly, there was no completed transaction. I fulfilled my side of the arrangement by providing access to the account and resolving the Xbox linking issue. He failed to fulfill his side by providing the agreed payment. When I eventually required payment or the return of the account, he admitted that he did not have the money and asked me to give him the account for free.
I therefore believe these feedback posts are being used to negatively affect my reputation over a transaction that he himself failed to complete. The reviews make it appear as though I scammed or attempted to scam a paying customer, when in reality he never paid for the account and was given extensive access to test it.
I would respectfully ask the moderation team to investigate the complete conversation and evidence and consider removing both feedback posts if they violate the site's feedback rules.
I can provide:
Thank you for taking the time to investigate this matter. I am willing to provide any additional evidence required.

and:“Simon is a sketchy seller”
“Simon is a sketchy seller has loved accounts for sale trying to swindle you out of money before confirming account won’t be locked stay away!!!”
There are several issues with these claims.“Simon had a locked account”
“Had a sketchy vibe a locked account wanted to test account to make sure he didn’t run with money when account could have been locked bad seller don’t buy!”
