Ok so my last thread was deleted for plausible reasons so I'm just going to make this short and sweet. If anyone has any advice or suggestions for me on how to prove the recalling of an account by the original owner, or even what my next step should be I have emails from blizzard stating the account dispute, them denying my info I sent it, I have proof I bought the account, proof of xfer and name change, and I have the OO talking in game (two screen shots actually) in the guild the toon was in at the time , what more should I need ...?

Seeings as it has been over a week since the seller has NOT made any sort of contact with me at all I'm going to post some screen shots so the community can tell me what they think.

screen shot of me on my lowbie shammy [eshin] talking to the dude that just took my account..i got tired of waiting for the seller to do anything about this and wanted him to spill some kind of info so I acted like i was on his side this will semi-relate to the next screen shot.

my brother took this screen shot the day of the account recall..someone said hi or something to me in guild chat and this guy says something along the lines of 'this isnt brandon [me] and then this.

this is a bank statement..proving i xfered and name changed the rogue along with bank clearing the WU payment.

I felt this was necessary as the seller has not contacted me and the situation is going nowhere..I have some more screen shots but I'd have to show them outside markee as to not get this thread deleted can anyone help me decipher this situation =/?

So what would be tangible?..The emails dont prove the oo recalled or..at least someone with all the info recalled the account? 'edit'-i never stated anything was actually proof besides the western union and bank statements just wanted an opinion upon it.
