What is the dispute about?
He was pestering me about whether I had arrived home and started asking about payment first and linked his playerauctions account saying he is legit but wanted payment first and asking how is payment going to be made and he wanted it to be in the form of steam card codes in either USD or Euros which I agreed. After sending him the codes, he told me he would link the account to the email account I desire. When it took approx over 10mins, I checked with him about the account and he said to give him some time then he blocked me.

Did the seller say he's the original owner? (provide proof) He didnt say he was the original owner
What account information did the seller provide you at the time of sale? (ID, SQA, etc) He only showed what the account has.
How long did you have the account before it was recalled? I wasnt even given the account.
If you have a support ticket about this recall, please post screenshots of it.
