Reporting a Possible Scammer

Hey guys, I want to report a possible scammer, his activity was very suspicious and he refused to use a middleman service (payed by myself) because he claims this website has scammed him, who do I contact? I have several screenshots:

His forum username is JaloneJalone, he is very aggressive, and has attempted to flame me after the unsuccessful trade and stating he would "report" me for being suspicious. I just don't want other people to be scammed by him.

He's a known scammer and is now banned. When someone says "id rather get $600 instead of $900 and not use a middleman" you know they're a scammer.

Edit: And btw, I was the one who said I'd rather do it for $600 (WITH) a middle man instead of $900 without a middle man because he said "good luck in finding someone who would buy it for $900".

Edit2: Still does not make sense for him to refuse a middleman and claim the website is with scammers even though I said I was the one who would pay the middleman. Well whatever, another scammer down!
