I want to buy the coc accunt, so he message me on thread He just tell me to send first 10€ and after give me the account and after to send the rest of the money, all I want its money back, 10€+2 fees or to ban him permanently on his IP for scamming.

Did the seller say he's the original owner? (provide proof) he said nothing about it
What account information did the seller provide you at the time of sale? (ID, SQA, etc) only some photos
How long did you have the account before it was recalled?
