What is the dispute about? After the purchase of the account, there was warning in-game saying logged in from from different device. I contacted the seller and all of a sudden he slowly avoided the conversation.
each time i login to game, i had to relogin to twitter , meaning the game has been logged in somewhere else. so i start to doubt the original seller and i am sure that this is the guy who is trying to get the account back as he was basically lying from the beginnning that he lost the GT arcade account. As soon as i opened up the ticket to support team, he replied right after saying "the person who opened up the ticket is thief.." yet he was able to login? which makes him the real fraud.
I am providing evidences on why the original seller (italian guy must be) with GTarcade email ends in @yahoo.it.
Other details / notes:
Just to be safe I have bound my hotmail account and kakao to GTarcade, however, if this guy is still being able to access to my account i need to get full refund with the money i spent or i will need to report him to internal fraud office expert.
He also just changed GTaracde account password as of TODAY!~! he said he dooesnt have account info shown with transcation number 58810 and 58777 (with middleman Delac which it didnt work previously so new transaction was procceseed)

Did the seller say he's the original owner? (provide proof)
What account information did the seller provide you at the time of sale? the seller said he lost the GTarcade account info so he gave me twitter account. After i received twitter , i managed to change to my own email and bind my fb account.
How long did you have the account before it was recalled? its not recalled yet but as soon as i found out that my in-game character name constantly being changed after i change, i suspected it was him. As soon as i opened up a ticket to GTarcade support team, he replied (original owner) saying "I am the thief of this account" but in fact, the original seller is in fact the fraud and scammer as he just changed GTarcade passoword which is provided in the picture and also his email being @yahoo.it.
