He always urged me to pay in crypto, but I paid through paypal. He said that the money had not arrived yet and it would take several days to give me the account information. I Google his PayPal email address and found him a liar. So I told him I would pay in Bitcoin, and then he gave me a refund, and then I cancelled the deal.

By google his RSI account heckz0r,You can find many people report this id belong to a sacammer.
If you dig deeper into this information(by google his id/email), you'll find that this guy has committed many scams.
