Look, I’m getting really frustrated with how this is being handled. It feels like you’re taking the side of a reputable seller without considering the full picture here. I’ve provided proof of my attempts to communicate – the email clearly shows I’ve tried to liaise. If that’s not enough to prove I’m doing my part, I don’t know what is.
The fact is, the other party has blocked me and refuses to respond. Their feedback says I don't want to liaise, whereas I clearly do, so how am I supposed to resolve this? It’s impossible for me to address the issue when they’ve cut off all communication. This shows enough malpractice already.
On top of that, the seller didn’t even bother to reply to this case, yet it was somehow already closed. I really don’t understand how that works. It’s like I’m being dismissed without a fair review of the situation.
Leaving the feedback up under these circumstances is completely unfair. I’m asking you to reopen the case and actually consider what’s going on here. I’ve done everything I can on my end, and I’m not going to accept being penalized because the other person refuses to engage,
