Remove Neutral Feedback

So I had a negative feedback left randomly by @Slash8789 without even talking to me or even sending me a single message. Anyways, please check the previous thread for all the details. To the main point, since when does the seller has the responsibility for what the buyer does to the account? Anyways I had the realization that the buyer was lying all this time. So he randomly drops the negative feedback so I'm rushed to refund him and reach out to him without asking any kind of details. So here is the thing, he told me he wasn't gonna remove the feedback unless he had the refund. He said he will remove the feedback once the refund has been done. After I refunded him, he says "my power is down so I might disconnected" After that, he ignores me and everything I asked about the account. I asked for details which are needed to verify that he ever had any kind of issue. So to be clear, he had the issue the very first time and it wasn't my duty to help him but I did anyways. The second time, I'm pretty sure he did this to get the money back and still have the account since he knew I was super nice to my buyers. How does it justify anything? He gets to keep the account and have the money and I got stucked with a neutral feedback which was supposed to be removed. I asked the buyer several times to provide me his conversation with Epic Support and the account mail which I provided him so I could verify the issue but he has been ignoring me ever since he has gotten the refund. Please check my conversation with buyer, I have been getting ignored for more than 5 days now even though saw my messages on discord/on-site.

Now my point, how is it fair that a random guy comes on site leaves you negative feedback for something that you had no part in and yet gets the money and vanishes and you are stucked with a grey feedback? I would like to request the staff to have a deep look at my issue. I didn't mention that the buyer was ignoring me after getting the refund in previous thread because I was in impression that the feedback will be removed and not changed to neutral. I have made my reputation by hard work and by putting lots of efforts into this site and it's not really fair that I have to pay for something which I'm not responsible for, thanks and have a good day.

It appears the account had issues and the email on the account was reset back to the original email after being locked and unlocked the first time.

You have to show the buyer was lying the whole time. This means the account was never locked and the email never changed to the original. I do not know any game company that will reset the email back to he original email based on suspicious activity alone. Accounts are normally locked, no info is changed. If the account is recalled successfully, that is the only time the email will be reset to the original.

We do not remove feedback when an issue is resolved. It's changed from negative to neutral, so I can't remove this feedback.

There is no evidence the buyer was lying about everything and you have not proven the OO did not recall the account. The neutral feedback will remain. Sorry.

The only way to prove this is to recall the account yourself, then show all the support tickets on the account so we can see what happened.
