We explained to him that his funds were held and we could not deliver until they clear. In response, he opens up a paypal dispute (within an hour) and tries bullying us into delivering his account first then he will close the dispute. Says he is doing this in order to "protect himself". Anyways, we do not deliver accounts where the funds are disputed.

the feedback has been removed. If payment is help by Paypal, that is not the fault of the seller and the buyer is not allowed to leave neg feedback if delivery of the item/s purchase are delayed.
