This person bought gold in our shop for Lost ark.
Even though the delivery speed was not as fast as we would have loved to deliver, he decides only to read what he likes to read.
Usually, we deliver our gold within a 15-60 minute range, however, in a rare case it could take longer than that. After 24h a refund can be initiated by the buyer.
Since we were not able to deliver the entire amount we issued a refund for the missing part, which basically resolves the case.
The customer acknowledges this as he agreed to our terms of service upon purchasing it.
