Happy to post the rest of the conversation, but it was basically this Rem person telling me that it was all his friend who ****ed up, asking me to try to charge back through Paypal, and I'm just like...w/e dude I'm pissed, I gave you and your "friend" a fking donation and I just want the account banned so you can't run this damn scam again.

I thought it was definitely clear that Rem = Yosmo (which was the original discord user I contacted) since:
1. He admits it
2. Rem = Remnem?

I did ignore him out of anger, because I knew that as the buyer I could nothing at this point. The game requests purchase credit card info which the seller did not provide to the MM or me.

Here's the email I received from the GM of the game. Notice this wasn't immediately after the purchase but not that much time has passed. I don't think I need to state how it'd be impossible since the only people with the serial code should be me, the MM, and the seller.

This also occurred AFTER i had succesfully changed my email, so no it wasn't because I tried to claim the account or anything.

Yeah I'm pretty pissed., and in my mind you deserved that review. Not only did I waste money spent on purchasing the account, I also spent a lot to make it better just to get it taken away from me. If you can't trust your friend, DONT sell accounts for him. And I'm warning everyone from buying from you.

I'm also playing GW2 because I have another account. I wish I could be playing on yours, because like you said Remnem there'd be NO DAMN REASON WHY IM MAD if you just DIDN'T TOUCH IT and let me buy it in a fair fking deal. I can also show receipts of gems I bought for YOUR ACCOUNT and trust me there'd be no fking reason for me to destroy it.

As i said before you blocked me on both discord accounts i asked him if he tried to reclaim the account, at first the answer was yes, but when i asked for more informations he said he just tried to do a password recover(he has no clue about how account reclaim works etc) the point that you asked the account to be banned because you where afraid of reclaim is another story and I take no responsibility for this, he never used any personal info to reclaim the account beside asking for a simple password request that you recieved on YOUR email(so the chance of scam/reclaim was already low) but you asked anet to ban your account anyway, i know, he did a shitty move and im sorry about that, so sorry that i asked you to do a chargeback if possible cuz im not able to refund you in any way, but you even refused my help when i was trying to fix the thing by blocking me on the other discord account too.
If you act out of anger twice when i try to be as much polite as possible i really dont know what to do :/

Listen,

I said on my review that the account was attempted to be reclaimed. And it was. Because your friend tried to reclaim it, GW2 support requested purchase info and when I couldn't provide it, they would not provide the account back.

You also blatantly lied in your first post. You said he didn't try to reclaim it. In what world is trying to recover the password and submitting a ticket "not trying to claim it"?

This happened because you or your friend tried to recover the account. AFTER it was sold. Nothing I said was false.

For this specific game, in order to reclaim the account and change the password, you have to provide the serial key and a character name. Obviously your friend could provide both, and as a result, the account is now in limbo. Again, my negative review stands: you tried to reclaim the account. I don't know if it was a mistake or anything, but the fact is you or your associate tried to do a password recovery AFTER it was sold is kind of ridiculous. Is it standard practice for you to sell an account, try to reclaim it with a password recovery, and EXPECT a positive review? I mean you can claim that you friend just made a mistake, but the point is he shouldn't have been trying to recover the password AFTER a sale anyways - this is a mistake on your part as a seller and my negative review stands does it not? I don't think I would want anyone that sells me an account to try to recover the password after the sale.

Oh, and by the way, your friend never rescinded his ticket or anything. The email I provided clearly states he PROVIDED information to try to RECLAIM the account, not just change the password. I'm sorry if it is actually your friend who's doing this, but he's obviously not giving you the full story.

He never reclaimed the account and the proof is up there, you recieved the e-mail when he tried to change the name or password on YOUR e-mail account, he did a simple request like everyone can do by knowing the e-mail (never submitted a ticked like you said) and YOU recieved it!! nothing happened after that, he never logged back in cuz he never changed any info since he did not have access to your e-mail.
Also you said multiple times you asked for the account ban and the gm ticket is the result of that not the fact that he simply tried a password reset, some more info would be welcome, like where are these emails saying that the account infos like e-mail or psw has been changed from him? and when they ask you for purchase info that you could not provide(since you had both serial key and characters name)??? the only things you need to reclaim the account as you said before...

Do you not literally see the email where it says

"multiple people have provided valid information provided to verify ownership of the account".

Does that sound like a simple password request to you?

The second email shows ME changing the log-in email (that's why it says log-in, NOT password and it's a much earlier date). It's just meant to show that I was playing on the account and had no reason to sabotage myself. It's NOT him changing the password, that's NOT the email for that (I can show an email of what happens when you request for a password change because i have done that on my other accounts).

I have no idea where you get this "he just changed the password" from, because that's not all he did. I deny that completely and I think the first email I showed disproves that.

Again, your friend provided information to VERIFY his ownership. That's what the email states. That's NOT a password change.

I'm tired of arguing this, we can let the admin rule this but I stand by my review and I think I have shown enough proof to show that what I say is true. I can't say I actually believe you, but even if it's just your friend who made a mistake, he didn't just try to change the password he tried to VERIFY OWNERSHIP as stated by the GM. Literally tried to verify his ownership of the account AFTER it was sold if that's not suspect then I don't know what the hell is.
