Remove negative feedback

Ashinaku used my Dota recalibration service. I did not guarantee about result with him and i did 2 wins and 8 lost for him. I already refunded to him and asked to boost free from 5500-5700 mmr (90 USD).
He was ok with it but when i was boosting. He spamed my chat when i was in bed then did not send me code to boost. and after few days, he gave me negative feedback

Please remove it!

The user is still allowed to give feedback even if you resolve the issue. In cases like this we change it from negative to neutral. If he gives you a feedback again, we'll change it to neutral, but it should not have been removed.
