Hello,

I was about to sell an account to Sunshinegold.

Link to the thread:

https://www.epicnpc.com/threads/70-...tter-eu-150€.3142494/?_unread=1#post-10114753

After he had sent the money, I logged the account to say goodbye to some people.

When doing so, I realized I had an unused boost, which costs 60€.

I apologized to the buyer, and said I couldn't go with the deal anymore, and refunded in FULL.

Buyer threw a tantrum and decided to add negative feedback, because I wouldn't sell the account at the original price, even though it would have been a highly negative sale for me.

Please remove the feedback as no trade was concluded.

Screenshots attached.

Since payment was sent, that means a transaction occurred. They would be allowed to leave feedback in this case.

  • Epicnpc only investigates feedback disuptes if Trade Guardian is used. Any of the Trade Guardian services including the free service.
    • If TG was not used, we will ask for proof of transaction. This means showing a transaction started, either payment, service or item was sent.
      • If proof is provided, the feedback will remain. We will not investigate the actual dispute. The feedback will not be changed.
      • If proof of transaction is not provided, the feedback will be removed
  • Feedback based on rudeness or slow service (non-extreme) can only be neutral, not negative.
  • Feedback can only be removed if it's false. We will only investigate these claims if Trade Guardian is used.
  • If you believe feedback is false, you can open a dispute thread.
    • False feedback must been reported within 30 days
    • After 30 days, the burden of proof falls solely on the member who received the feedback.
      • Example: Joe gets a negative feedback from Roger. Two months later Joe disputes the feedback. Joe must show proof the feedback is false. Roger does not need to prove his feedback is true.

Even if the payment is refunded 5 minutes later, you can still leave negative feedback? It's quite annoying to farm reputation for years, and then have someone tarnish it when there is no scam involved. I believe it should be changed to Neutral, as people immediately believe that a scam occurred when there is negative feedback - Which is simply not the case.
