Remove 2-way authenticator, phone get factory reset, the app data lost

Is there a way to remove the 2-way authenticator bind to my epicnpc account?

I cannot get any code from the app anymore as I have reset my phone to factory settings, and I dont know how to retrive the backup code...


I can provide any proof of the ownership to remove ( or migrate to my newly downloaded authenticator app) my authenticator.
